Healthier Picks Criteria
Dining Out Nutrition’s Healthier Picks are items from the current menu that help you order a healthier meal. They include lower calorie options. Most of the Healthier Picks are under 500 calories. If there aren’t any options under 500 calories, we give the closest options to it. The selections are considered healthier than other items on that particular menu. Healthier Picks also tries to avoid fried items. These selections do not take into consideration sodium, so double check these values if sodium is a concern for you. Sodium values tend to be high in restaurant food.
